Can I mass text everyone from Conversations?

Bulk messages still start in Robo-Texter (for customers and parents) or Lead Center (for leads). Conversations is where replies are managed—so you can respond 1-to-1 inside Studio Pro.

Why is Conversations part of the Elite plan?

Two-way texting requires a dedicated business number and the infrastructure to support higher message volume, reliability, and compliance. These capabilities are included with the Elite plan.

Why do I need a dedicated business phone number for two-way texting?

To receive replies, texts must come from a number assigned exclusively to your organization. This allows replies to route directly into your Conversations inbox—securely and reliably.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Not at this time. Two-way texting requires a number assigned through Studio Pro to support the Conversations inbox.

Will messages go to my personal phone?

No. All messages are sent from and managed inside Studio Pro using your dedicated business number.

Can my team manage the inbox?

Yes. Conversations lives inside Studio Pro, so multiple staff members can view and respond—with visibility into who sent each reply.

How does texting usage work?

Studio Pro Elite includes 3,000 inbound and outbound texts per month. Additional texts are billed at $0.02 each. There are no minimum overage thresholds, and usage is visible inside your inbox.
