Melissa, Operations Manager at Studio Pro since 2019, leads the support team, Customer Success, and Professional Services. Her primary focus is ensuring studio owners have the tools and support they need to succeed in their businesses, allowing them to focus on what they love most—pouring into their students and community. Melissa finds great fulfillment in helping studio owners streamline their operations and achieve growth through the use of technology. With a background in dance since the age of three, Melissa has firsthand experience in the studio world. She previously owned her own dance business and successfully grew it to four locations across multiple states. Her deep understanding of both the artistic and business sides of the industry makes her an invaluable resource for studio owners. Melissa is based in San Antonio, Texas.

Based in Pennsylvania, Maureen joined Studio Pro in 2023 as a Customer Support Representative. She enjoys building personal connections with customers and hearing about the exciting things happening at their studios. With a background in dance since the age of 5, she remains active in the arts community by performing in, directing, and choreographing local theatre productions. Her passion for the arts and dedication to helping others make her a valuable resource for studio owners striving for success.

Pamela, Customer Success Representative at Studio Pro since 2021, is dedicated to ensuring smooth transitions for clients as they join the platform. With 15 years of experience as an office manager and teaching classes, she understands the day-to-day challenges of running a studio. Her deep knowledge of client needs and process improvement allows her to provide personalized onboarding support and training, helping clients feel confident in using Studio Pro to grow their businesses. Pamela loves building connections with clients and seeing their excitement as they realize how the platform simplifies their work. Based in Searcy, Arkansas, she also enjoys hosting community events, such as toy drives and networking meetups, to bring people together for a good cause or to share ideas.

Maddie, Senior Support Representative at Studio Pro since November 2022, plays a key role in assisting with support emails, full account setups, team training, venue setups, and account imports. She loves helping studios get started with DSP and showing them how the software’s features can enhance their operations. As a dance studio owner herself, Maddie brings a unique perspective to her role, understanding the challenges and needs of her clients. She also owns a professional performing dance company, choreographs for local high school theater productions, and coaches her local dance team. Dance is truly a part of her life all day, every day. Maddie is based in Minnesota.

Hannah, a Customer Support Representative at Studio Pro since 2023, is passionate about helping studio owners and their teams find the most efficient ways to set up and troubleshoot their systems. She enjoys engaging with clients throughout the day, getting to know them personally while offering the support they need to succeed. Hannah has a background in dance, having graduated from Point Park University with a BFA in Dance. In addition to her role at Studio Pro, she teaches dance and actively works with DSP at the studio, which allows her to bring firsthand experience and understanding of the needs of dance studios to her support work. Hannah is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Caroline, a Customer Support Representative at Studio Pro since 2024, is dedicated to helping studio owners and teachers make the most of DSP, ensuring their studios run smoothly. Her role focuses on providing support to studios worldwide, assisting them in optimizing their systems and operations. Caroline’s favorite part of her job is being part of the team that helps studios from all over the world succeed. Growing up dancing from the age of 3, Caroline has been teaching dance for about five years, which gives her a deep understanding of the unique challenges studios face. A fun fact about Caroline is that she once lived in England and often misses the experience. She is based in Tampa, Florida.
