Laura, Business Leader of Studio Pro since 2020, leads the company with a passion for empowering small business owners to achieve their dreams. With a background in strategic planning, business operations, and project management for SaaS organizations, Laura brings a wealth of experience to her role. She is dedicated to ensuring that Studio Pro offers a product that not only supports studio growth but also helps owners streamline their operations and succeed in an ever-changing industry. Laura’s favorite part of her role is partnering with small business owners, understanding their unique challenges, and seeing them thrive as they grow their studios. Outside of her professional life, Laura resides just outside of Indianapolis with her family. She is an active volunteer, enjoys running, yoga, and hosting gatherings with friends, all while keeping up with her two young boys. Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts from Valparaiso University and a Master of Science from Florida State.

Her primary focus is ensuring studio owners have the tools and support they need to succeed in their businesses, allowing them to focus on what they love most—pouring into their students and community. Melissa finds great fulfillment in helping studio owners streamline their operations and achieve growth through the use of technology. With a background in dance since the age of three, Melissa has firsthand experience in the studio world. She previously owned her own dance business and successfully grew it to four locations across multiple states. Her deep understanding of both the artistic and business sides of the industry makes her an invaluable resource for studio owners. Melissa is based in San Antonio, Texas.
