  1. SPONSOR:
    The Ultimate Studio Pro Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Studio Pro, Two Ravinia Drive, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA ("Sponsor"). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram or any other third-party social media platform.
  2. ELIGIBILITY:
    The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding NY, FL, RI and Quebec) who are (a) at least the age of majority in their state or province at the time of entry and (b) who own or operate a dance studio, cheer gym, gymnastics facility, theater school, or martial arts facility. Employees, officers, agencies, advisors, and directors of Sponsor, Togetherwork Holdings, and any other entities and affiliated companies involved in the administration, fulfillment, sponsorship, and operation of the Promotion and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void in NY, FL, RI, and Quebec and where prohibited by law. 
  3. ENTRY PERIOD:
    The Promotion begins November 17, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT and ends December 5, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
  4. HOW TO ENTER:
    To enter, participants must go to https://gostudiopro.com/holiday-giveaway during the Entry Period and sign up for a free 30-day trial of Studio Pro. No credit card is required for the free trial or to enter the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per participant. Any attempt to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, or other methods will void all entries for that participant. To sign up for a free 30-day trial of Studio Pro and forego registration in the sweepstakes promotion, users can sign up at https://info.dancestudio-pro.com/try-for-free.

 

  1. PRIZE:
    One (1) winner will receive a Studio Pro subscription, free for life (ARV $18,000), complete set up by a Studio Pro expert (ARV $2,000), an Apple iPad Pro 1TB with keyboard (ARV $1899), a $1825Starbucks gift card, and an $1,000 Amazon gift card for a total ARV of $25,000. The prize and its components are non-transferable, non-returnable, have no cash value, and cannot be substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.  Winner should consult with a licensed, professional tax advisor for advice on proper tax treatment under applicable laws. 
  2. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
    The winner will be selected in a random draw conducted by Sponsor on or about December 19, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of being selected depend on number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified via email sent to the email address provided at the time of entry and must respond within three days to be eligible to claim the prize. The potential winner must sign and return the Sponsor’s affidavit of eligibility and publicity release within five business days after notification by Sponsor.  If a potential winner does not respond within the given timeframe, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected from among the eligible entries submitted during the Entry Period.

For Canadian residents only: Before being declared a winner, the potential winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call or by e-mail. If a potential winner fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time limit, an alternate winner may be selected.  

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
    By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in its sole discretion, for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Promotion. By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, email account, or computer malfunctions, failures, technical issues, human error, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted, delayed, interfered with, or corrupted; (iii) any printing, graphical, or typographical errors in any printed or digital materials associated with the Promotion; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, claims of economic harm, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.  
  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
    By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliated companies, Facebook, and Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
  3. PUBLICITY RELEASE:
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the terms of Sponsor’s affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release, and to allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, studio or facility name, image, likeness, photograph, geographical information, and statements for promotional and other business purposes, worldwide and in Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  4. PRIVACY:
    You are providing your information to the Sponsor and the information you provide will only be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which may be found at: https://info.dancestudio-pro.com/privacy. You acknowledge that by entering the Promotion, you have read and understand the privacy policy.
  5. GOVERNING LAW:
    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. 
  6. WINNER LIST:
    For the name of the winner, send an email to info@gostudiopro.com, Subject: Ultimate Studio Pro Giveaway Winner List, within 60 days after the end of the Promotion.
